The Kansas City & Vicinity Workforce Development Board (KCV WDB) supports workforce development in the region through its work with the Full Employment Council. The KCV Board serves the city of Kansas City, Mo. and Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte, and Ray counties through strategic partnerships with federal agencies, local chamber of commerce entities, organized labor groups, community-based organizations, and educational institutions.
